I mean Dan's her little bro, so yeah brother sister siblings thingy seems legit if they were to go for that or more.
But to directly straight kisses someone unexpectedly without any permission like kissing Nawaki?
I mean thats a bit like an harassment or sort of. What if Nawaki aint a straight guy or being cured, he could felt very ashamed if his partner found out.
But anyway, if Tsunade's heart easily touched by a person saying, "Being Hokage is my dream", then Lady Tsunade I wont mind saying a million times just to have you kissed in the peck or head heheheheh😚💖👄
